Unfortunately not a good experience . I ordered a bouquet for a friend with same day delivery. I got an email confirming same day delivery. But after two days it was clear my friend had not received it. I communicated with an agent who apologised that things could go wrong sometimes which is fair enough. When I checked status on the website it said order fulfilled. I chased the agent again who sent me the dhl link of the order by which I saw they had tried to deliver a couple of times but nobody was in . Again fair enough but this had never been communicated to me the sender. The dhl link said the bouquet had been left at a pick up point (five days now) to be picked up when I tried to access the link giving that location it would not let me do so . And I got an email from the agent saying she was glad I was happy with the service which was very confusing. I have emailed several times for clarification since but no response . I would like a refund .
