The seller has changed their return policy to blame the customer, which is completely unethical and shows a lack of integrity! This company is a scam and refuses to provide a return shipping label for the unused item. Instead, I'm stuck with endless emails and no solutions, only being told I need to spend more to return the product! This is unacceptable! I demand a full refund but they won't send me a return address to print. The seller is avoiding sending me the return label and any coverage for shipping costs back to their store. I'm at a loss; this back-and-forth has gone on for too long, and I'm running out of time with the 30-day return policy. Despite my documentation, the seller has not provided a return address label again. It's been over a week with no resolution. I just want my full refund back to the original payment.
