The 3rd time I bought on this website, I love all my purchases: prom dress, bedding set, and nightgowns. One more should be careful that do mislead by the copysite named "Floralshe", it has an extra "L". Remember to buy on this official "Florashe" website.
Florashe is a genuine, trustworthy website, the dress I bought is really beautiful and quality, the customer service replys fast. Highly recommanded.
There is also a scam website named "Floralshe", designed to imitate Florashe, it contains extra letter “L.”

If I could rate lower than one star, I would. The customer service is appalling and feels like a scam! I'm one of many trying to get my money back. The seller has changed their return policy to blame the customer, which is completely unethical and shows a lack of integrity! This company is a scam and refuses to provide a return shipping label for the unused item. Instead, I'm stuck with endless emails and no solutions, only being told I need to spend more to return the product! This is unacceptable! I demand a full refund but they won't send me a return address to print. The seller is avoiding sending me the return label and any coverage for shipping costs back to their store. I'm at a loss; this back-and-forth has gone on for too long, and I'm running out of time with the 30-day return policy. Despite my documentation, the seller has not provided a return address label again. It's been over a week with no resolution. I just want my full refund back to the original payment. I've emailed the seller multiple times, following their website's return policy, but they refuse to comply and only offer discounts while charging me to return the item. This contradicts their return policy, making this company a SCAM! The package is unopened, and I can see the poor quality of the material through the packaging. Please dispute this charge. I want my full refund as the seller is not being truthful and the return window is closing fast. Thank you.

I ordered a duvet cover and it's simply gorgeous! Initially, I was skeptical, but I was pleasantly surprised. The packaging was lovely, and they clearly put effort into making it beautiful.
