I paid for the first month at $299 expecting the personalized report and probiotics. when I received the materials I returned them within days.Over one month went by and I was watching the status on my app. Since I had not received the report yet I chose not to renew every month as I waited. I expected this would mean I would get the report and the probiotics found to balance my gut biome.Signed up Feb. 26. Report received April 16.Instead I received the report in the third month. I received no probiotics. In reviewing the report I saw that my gut health was nowhere near normal in various categories.
