Dr A was a delight. The meeting was very informative and appreciated. Here is why I didn't give 5 stars. 1. The meeting is rushed. There is no time for questions or explanations beyond the standard given. I could tell that Dr. A tried her hardest to get as much info in as possible in the time allotted. 2. Because the information is run through so fast, there are lots of terms and explanations being thrown at the patient, it is almost impossible to retain all of the information. Please consider giving customers a recording/transcript, so they can go back and review more than once.
