This is the second time I write a review about Sun Genomics. I wrote the initial review with 1 star rating, as the customer service department wouldn't even send a basic invoice for international shipment of test kit, even after multiple emails written and leaving phone messages. As soon as I wrote the review, the C. Service staff reached out, saying they didn't get all these emails. I asked them for an invoice so we can go ahead and move forward, and yet again I write to them 4 emails, no reply whatsoever. I don't know how they run their customer service emails, but these services are non-existent. It is simply impossible to order internationally with this company.
