This is an updated review. I had some trouble in the beginning because the process of having my DNA sequenced and getting my probiotics took longer than expected due to circumstances I don't really understand. I was frustrated and disappointed, but I talked with Shirin, my own personal microbiologist/health advisor that was assigned to me. She is so wonderful. She remedied the situation, got me another kit to retest asap, and I have been a happy customer now for the last 10 months. I am still struggling to fully heal my gut biome, but I have seen improvements with each test, and I really look forward to my calls with Shirin once the results come in. She is so easy to talk to, informative, enthusiastic and passionate about what she does. I have read and researched so much, yet every time I talk to her, I learn something new. Changing my diet, taking my custom probiotics daily, and eating probiotic food with every meal have made a huge difference in my life, and in the journey of healing my gut.
