Customer service is very poor and they never respond to my inquiries. I sent in my sample and it took them over 2 months to send back my analysis and another 2 weeks to send me my probiotics. The microbiome is always changing, so having a quick turnover should be a key element in these types of tests. Therefore I would not recommend this company
