When I contacted the support team, I only received an automated reply. Based on others' experiences, I opted not to return it; I didn't want to incur return shipping costs only to face rejection for trivial reasons. I was invited to review the top, but my honest feedback never appeared on the site. Despite lacking reviews, the top still holds a 'best seller' status. I suggest taking your money elsewhere. I've written off this purchase and won't shop here again.
