I strongly advise against using this service. They are unhelpful, and the returns process is incredibly frustrating. They only provide store credits, and despite returning items in perfect condition, my return was denied without explanation. My only choice is to pay to have the items sent back to me. Their dismissive attitude when I mentioned filing a complaint is concerning. Save yourself the trouble and money by avoiding this service. They are unprofessional and not trustworthy.

I highly recommend avoiding this service - they are rude and the return process is extremely challenging. They do not issue refunds, only store credits. Despite returning three shirts in pristine condition, my return was refused without explanation. My only option is to pay for the return of the shirts. When I mentioned filing a complaint with consumer authorities, their response was dismissive. Save your money and frustration by not engaging with this service. They are unprofessional and untrustworthy, and I have evidence of their inadequate responses.

Mixed Feelings About My Dress

I received my dress, and while the quality was decent, it fit me very loosely. For someone not of 'average' size, finding well-fitting clothes is quite a challenge. I'm disappointed with the store credit policy since returning items incurs additional costs. I'm unlikely to shop here again due to this.

Regrettably, the reviews seem accurate. I purchased a costly top that looked nothing like the image. The sleeves were puffy and unflattering, unlike the relaxed style shown. When I contacted the support team, I only received an automated reply. Based on others' experiences, I opted not to return it; I didn't want to incur return shipping costs only to face rejection for trivial reasons. I was invited to review the top, but my honest feedback never appeared on the site. Despite lacking reviews, the top still holds a 'best seller' status. I suggest taking your money elsewhere. I've written off this purchase and won't shop here again.

Terrible Purchase!

Terrible!!! The dress was oversized by about four sizes!!! I bought it on final sale, so no exchanges or refunds are allowed!!! I will never shop here again.

Avoid This Store

Please do yourself a favor and avoid shopping here. My experience has been terrible; customer service is lacking. I returned a dress that cost $152, only to have my return denied due to a minor packaging issue. Now, I have a dress I can't wear and paid extra for the return. Many other retailers will gladly refund or exchange. I've never felt so mistreated by a business.
