I purchased two massage chairs from the company on June 13, 2025, with an expected delivery in August. August passed without any communication. In late October, I called and was told they were behind. By November, they delivered a different chair than what I ordered, claiming the original had faulty motors and upgraded me to a different model. They never contacted me to explain or offer a refund, and only delivered one of the two chairs. After researching, I found the original model still exists and doesn’t have any issues; it seems they swapped it out for budget reasons. If anyone else has faced this, feel free to reach out to me.
