Our experience purchasing a massage chair from Floridian Brand USA was outstanding from start to finish. The buying process was very professional, and the delivery service was excellent. From the moment the Floridian team arrived at our home, it took only about 15 minutes to have the chair delivered, set up, and fully operational. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m very glad we chose Floridian.
The representative was both professional and respectful. He listened to my concerns and addressed them thoroughly. He arrived with all the required parts and tools to resolve the issue. Additionally, he replaced the cover, which was the root cause of the problem.
I purchased two massage chairs from the company on June 13, 2025, with an expected delivery in August. August passed without any communication. In late October, I called and was told they were behind. By November, they delivered a different chair than what I ordered, claiming the original had faulty motors and upgraded me to a different model. They never contacted me to explain or offer a refund, and only delivered one of the two chairs. After researching, I found the original model still exists and doesn’t have any issues; it seems they swapped it out for budget reasons. If anyone else has faced this, feel free to reach out to me. I've consulted an attorney about this situation.

The chair is incredible! As soon as I sat down, I felt immediate comfort, and the massage was noticeably better than an actual masseuse. It offers many modes for an enhanced experience. I would definitely use this after workouts or on a relaxing day.
