I ordered flowers at 10am to be delivered the same day at extra cost. Also provided the address and postal code prior before I could proceed with the order. At 2pm that afternoon, they sent an email saying the postal code was out of their delivery range, and the flowers wouldn't be delivered until the following Tuesday.
I immediately canceled the order and they tried to give me a hard time getting my money back. They were only going to offer a credit.
Do not use this company what so ever. You will not be happy!
I called a local florist in the city I needed them delivered, and that store even advised they have heard nothing but issues with this company.
