If I could give them -10 stars, I would. Terrible service. I never received a receipt or an order number from them. The flowers arrived one day late and were of absolute terrible quality. When I called to find out why the delivery was late, the operator barely spoke any English and it was a frustrating experience. They took no ownership of the problem. I would never recommend this company or every order flowers through them again!

I ordered the supersize version of the bouquet and I received the most sparse bouquet I've ever seen.I cannot imagine what the the regular size looks like.Flowers were wilted almost dead. It was meant to be a centerpiece for my dining table.
I'm embarrassed!Will probably simply toss them and replace them with something from a reputable in person florist.The only thing on point was the delivery date and time.

How is this place still operating? SCAMMERS!!! WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE OR CHAT. Thye hang up on you after waiting over 10 mins. They say they can deliver after you give the address then tell you they can't deliver then you try to get a refund and can't get a hold of anyone. GO ELSEWHERE EVERYONE!

Do not order from here!!. They delivered a bouquet that looked no where near to what I ordered. The bouquet I ordered had 8-10 roses and the one I got had 4 and the rest was filed up with cheap flowers. I paid almost $100 and received $20 worth of flowers. This is a scam !!

Wish I had read the reviews before placing a $155 order than showed up looking like about $50 max. Even paid extra for the extras and add ons and same day delivery. Claimed they tried to contact me to advise it would be NEXT day and shipped overnight during -25C temps via Purolator. Flowers showed up already touched by the frost and cold temps. When contacted support they said should have contacted them in first 24 hours, even though the policy on their site says 3 days. Anyways, first and last experience using them.

Terrible customer service from start to finish. The day I placed my order, the rep transferred me to customer service because I wanted to add a French message to a sympathy card. Every time I was transferred, the call dropped. I called back many times and stayed on hold for 30 minutes at a time without reaching anyone. I also sent an email that day and never received a response.

The next day, when I finally reached someone, I was told it was too late to add a message. On the day of delivery, I was told the sympathy flowers would be delivered with a blank sympathy card. No accountability was taken, and they refused to offer even a partial refund.

The flowers are cheap for a reason — the customer service reflects the prices. This caused unnecessary stress during an already emotional moment. Would not recommend.

Wish I read these before ordering. Ordered 2 sets of flowers for my family for Feb 14. They arrived, but the tracking is inconsistent. I ordered Bouquet + Vase + Card, with personalized messages. The flowers delivered were nothing like what was shown on the website. They also failed to deliver the cards. Absolute garbage service. Stay away! 0/5 stars if I could.

PS. If you need to know one thing about this trash company - their emails say "Questions? Problems? Email us at no-reply@ florist.ca" That's right, their customer support email is a no-reply dead end email.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I'm pretty sure this company is a scam. Firstly, it doesn't matter what you order off the website they will change the order to what they call Designer choice, I have no idea what that is because the flowers were never delivered. Then they claimed they tried to deliver but the address is incorrect and because you supplied an incorrect address no refund will be issued. This is not true. I doubled checked the address and it was correct. I called waited on hold for a very long time and they claimed to have spoken to the recipient and the recipient said the address was wrong. This is also untrue, there was never a conversation with the recipient. They claim they are going to refund if it's approved from the 'warehouse'. I'm not holding my breath. After spending a over $100 for nothing, I definitely feel scammed.

Tracking shows in Ottawa and I was told should get any time. What a crock. Send emails and saying I want a refund and get answer with my tracking number.
