Terrible customer service from start to finish. The day I placed my order, the rep transferred me to customer service because I wanted to add a French message to a sympathy card. Every time I was transferred, the call dropped. I called back many times and stayed on hold for 30 minutes at a time without reaching anyone. I also sent an email that day and never received a response.
The next day, when I finally reached someone, I was told it was too late to add a message. On the day of delivery, I was told the sympathy flowers would be delivered with a blank sympathy card. No accountability was taken, and they refused to offer even a partial refund.
The flowers are cheap for a reason — the customer service reflects the prices. This caused unnecessary stress during an already emotional moment. Would not recommend.
