When you call and select to placr order, they pick up the phone right away, when you selct call about my order or file a complaint, NO ONE PICKS UP and after a minute of waiting on phone they disconnect your call.
I ordered flowers to deliver to my mother for mothers day last year, May 2025. My mom lives in Chapleau, Ontario, a reserves area, small town. So when i was notified the order will not make it on mother’s day, i wasnt mad, knowing my mom lives far and her packages are mostly delayed. However i ordered Amethyst bouquet and my mom received a dozen of white wild flowers like the ones you can pick up from the side of the roads, and they were White! My mom send me a picture and asked what i mean by sending her white flowers they look like its for her funeral. I was embarrassed and disappointed and beyond upset.
