Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered Valentine’s Day flowers for my partner, and the website promised delivery between 9 AM and 6 PM. Despite multiple follow-ups, I never received a clear update—just vague “in transit” messages with no real ETA.
I even waited until 10 PM, and the flowers still never arrived. This completely ruined the surprise and caused a lot of stress, as I couldn’t even greet my partner while waiting for the delivery.
For such an important occasion, this level of service and communication is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this company again and do not recommend them to anyone hoping for reliable delivery.
