I ordered on Monday to get delivered on Tuesday but it didn’t. There was no uptade so I texted them but they are not sending any messages back. They already late for two days and there is no uptade back. If it’s not gonna deliver today how can I cancel my order?
Hi, My boyfie ordered January 23rd to be delivered on Feb 13th. He ordered in advanced to make sure it will arrive on time knowing it's Valentine's Day. Feb 13th came, no flowers arrived. No update even if my boyfie keeps on emailing them. Can't contact any of their numbers as well. And then two days later Feb 15, a delivery guy called me at 10 PM saying i have a flower delivery in the office address. It feels like a total scam so i refused to accept it. It's been delivered two days late and at the same time at 10 pm? I requested for refund but obviously no ones replying again. won't recommend this store ever. Sad experience for a customer who just wanna feel the vibe of Valentine's Day.
I ordered and payed online for Valentines day for my mum. It did’nt arrive. Been messaging them on whats app and even emailed them but no reply. I dont want to think that i’ve been scammed!

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered Valentine’s Day flowers for my partner, and the website promised delivery between 9 AM and 6 PM. Despite multiple follow-ups, I never received a clear update—just vague “in transit” messages with no real ETA.
I even waited until 10 PM, and the flowers still never arrived. This completely ruined the surprise and caused a lot of stress, as I couldn’t even greet my partner while waiting for the delivery.
For such an important occasion, this level of service and communication is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this company again and do not recommend them to anyone hoping for reliable delivery.
I bought my partner 50 roses and a mango cake, I was worried at first because of the mixed reviews, but the flowers came a teensy bit squished but in good condition and the cake looks perfect!
Did not look nothing like the photo . If you want roses that look like that came from temu this is the place .. I would never buy from these guys again . False advertising disgusting roses and wrapping .
They attempted to persuade me that the wilted pink roses were "fresh" when placed in the box, but after just 2 hours, they appeared "bruised." I consulted local florists with the picture, and confirmed they were indeed wilted. I wouldn't suggest this.
