Hi, My boyfie ordered January 23rd to be delivered on Feb 13th. He ordered in advanced to make sure it will arrive on time knowing it's Valentine's Day. Feb 13th came, no flowers arrived. No update even if my boyfie keeps on emailing them. Can't contact any of their numbers as well. And then two days later Feb 15, a delivery guy called me at 10 PM saying i have a flower delivery in the office address. It feels like a total scam so i refused to accept it. It's been delivered two days late and at the same time at 10 pm? I requested for refund but obviously no ones replying again. won't recommend this store ever. Sad experience for a customer who just wanna feel the vibe of Valentine's Day.
