Purchased a gift for valentines day 2026 and delivery was guaranteed on 13 or 14 February. The delivery actually occured on 11 February - ruining the whole point of the gift. The business said they needed to deliver early to guarantee delivery - but had they disclosed this to me prior to purchase I would not have completed the order. The business refused a remedy. Many other businesses that can be used for similar service - avoid this one.
