You need to stay proactive with your order. Customer service is available via chat from about 9 am to 6 pm. I highly recommend following up after placing your order to check with the delivery store. Be aware that they might be out of stock on certain flowers unless they are roses. Confirm the order time and ensure they have a reliable contact number. I had three orders; two out of three had to be changed to roses due to stock issues. Despite some delivery mishaps, I'm still satisfied and know how to navigate their process.
