STEER CLEAR OF THIS FLOWER DELIVERY SERVICE. The delivery and customer service were extremely disappointing. I ordered funeral flowers with the promise of same-day delivery. Even though I placed my order after the cut-off time, I expected it to be prioritized for early morning delivery the next day. They mentioned a delay but could not provide any specific time frame for my paid order, despite having confirmation.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY FOR FLOWER DELIVERY. The delivery and customer service were the worst I've ever experienced. I ordered funeral flowers because of the guaranteed same-day delivery. Even though I placed my order after the cut-off time, shouldn't it have been prioritized for early morning delivery the next day? They mentioned a delay but couldn't provide any specific time frame for the order I paid for and received confirmation on.
Extremely disappointing service. The delivery window was set between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm. At 12:00 pm, I was contacted by customer service to inform me that pink roses were unavailable and asked if they could be substituted with red roses. This was just an hour before the delivery cut-off time.
I ordered two days in advance and received my flowers as scheduled. They looked just like the photo. I reached out an hour before the delivery time because I was a bit anxious, and they responded within minutes, even sending me a photo of the flowers delivered to my significant other. I ordered from abroad, and everything went perfectly.
You need to stay proactive with your order. Customer service is available via chat from about 9 am to 6 pm. I highly recommend following up after placing your order to check with the delivery store. Be aware that they might be out of stock on certain flowers unless they are roses. Confirm the order time and ensure they have a reliable contact number. I had three orders; two out of three had to be changed to roses due to stock issues. Despite some delivery mishaps, I'm still satisfied and know how to navigate their process.

I was nervous about ordering flowers online for the first time, but your shop exceeded my expectations. The arrangement was stunning, and the timely delivery was greatly appreciated. My order was supposed to arrive yesterday, May 19, but it is now May 20! I logged into their website, and my order is marked as fulfilled. I tried calling all their numbers, but they were either busy or went unanswered. Their email addresses are unresponsive, and my messages bounce back. I did send an email to their Gmail address, but after several hours, there was still no reply! NO ONE CONTACTED ME ABOUT THE DELIVERY YESTERDAY. I have heard nothing from them. This feels like a scam. Why ask for my contact details if they can't provide updates on my order? I want a full refund! I will never use this service again.
