My order was supposed to arrive yesterday, May 19, but it is now May 20! I logged into their website, and my order is marked as fulfilled. I tried calling all their numbers, but they were either busy or went unanswered. Their email addresses are unresponsive, and my messages bounce back. I did send an email to their Gmail address, but after several hours, there was still no reply! NO ONE CONTACTED ME ABOUT THE DELIVERY YESTERDAY. I have heard nothing from them. This feels like a scam. Why ask for my contact details if they can't provide updates on my order? I want a full refund! I will never use this service again.
