If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered an item at the end of October, and two weeks later, there was still no delivery—just emails saying it was 'in transit.' After multiple inquiries and delays, they finally agreed to refund the product but refused to refund the shipping. I insisted on a shipping refund since I never received the product. Though I eventually received a full refund, the entire experience was dreadful. They need to improve their customer service.
