Extremely Disappointed with My Order

I can't even give this a single star. I ordered a set for £48, and it was nothing like what was shown online. It was incredibly cheap and not worth keeping, not even for a charity. When I inquired about returning it, I was first asked what was wrong, then requested to send pictures. After explaining the situation, I was told it would cost too much to return, and they offered me a £24 refund. So, I’m left with a product I have to throw away. I strongly advise against buying from this platform unless you want to pay a lot for a gamble, as what you see is definitely not what you get!

Completely disappointed with my order.

I ordered four cups that turned out to be a total waste of money and not at all as advertised. They were intended as gifts, but I would feel ashamed to give them. I strongly advise against spending your money with this service. 😡

Disappointing Experience with Advent Calendars

I ordered two advent calendars for my daughters on 14th November and received them quickly on 18th November. However, both boxes arrived completely empty—no treats at all. When I contacted the company, they were unhelpful. After reaching out via PayPal, the company did respond but instructed me to cancel my case there, promising a full refund. I followed their advice, but now they claim they can't issue a refund. I'm left with two empty calendars and £49.98 lost. I strongly advise against ordering from this company. Their customer service is appalling, and they are untrustworthy.

This company is a scam. I had the worst experience ordering online. The customer service is terrible, and I never received the item. I had to dispute the charge with my payment provider. Please avoid this company; you likely won't receive your item or a refund.

Avoid this company

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered an item at the end of October, and two weeks later, there was still no delivery—just emails saying it was 'in transit.' After multiple inquiries and delays, they finally agreed to refund the product but refused to refund the shipping. I insisted on a shipping refund since I never received the product. Though I eventually received a full refund, the entire experience was dreadful. They need to improve their customer service.
