I ordered two advent calendars for my daughters on 14th November and received them quickly on 18th November. However, both boxes arrived completely empty—no treats at all. When I contacted the company, they were unhelpful. After reaching out via PayPal, the company did respond but instructed me to cancel my case there, promising a full refund. I followed their advice, but now they claim they can't issue a refund. I'm left with two empty calendars and £49.98 lost. I strongly advise against ordering from this company. Their customer service is appalling, and they are untrustworthy.
