2 star because they delivered the item at least.
Firstly they delayed, did not delivered on the planned slot. Secondly flower didn't come fresh and very less in number for what they have promised for.
There are 2 version: 1 Standard and 2 Premium which has more flowers.
But i received worst than standard and less flowers. My wife is not happy.
And the message card I have ordered is received different and balloon is not standing, broken off.
I am utterly dissappointed with their service too. Not professional very long delayed responses. No concrete information and diplomatic answers.
