I had an amazing experience with Flowerchimp! The ordering process was quick and very easy to navigate. There were so many beautiful bouquet options to choose from, and the photos matched exactly what was delivered.
The flowers arrived fresh, vibrant, and right on time. The arrangement looked even better in person and really made the occasion special. I also appreciated the updates and smooth delivery service.

Bea was very professional in handling the chat exchanges. She responded promptly whenever she could and provided polite replies even when she was unable to answer my kakulitan very personal questions haha. She is smart and easy to talk to, which made the interaction smooth and pleasant. Keep her in your company! She is a gem
2 star because they delivered the item at least.
Firstly they delayed, did not delivered on the planned slot. Secondly flower didn't come fresh and very less in number for what they have promised for.
There are 2 version: 1 Standard and 2 Premium which has more flowers.
But i received worst than standard and less flowers. My wife is not happy.
And the message card I have ordered is received different and balloon is not standing, broken off.
I am utterly dissappointed with their service too. Not professional very long delayed responses. No concrete information and diplomatic answers.

I am extremely disappointed with the bouquet I received as part of your “apology” offer. The flowers delivered were not what I ordered or what was advertised. Instead of the bouquet I selected, I received, Only a few leaves (mostly eucalyptus, far less than expected),A dead flower, Small, cheap-looking filler flowers more suited for condolence arrangements, Only 3 roses instead of the bouquet advertised. This is unacceptable, especially given our prior communication, where I made it clear I expected the correct order or at least a proper replacement. The bouquet I received feels careless and disrespectful.
From the beginning of the said delivery day the bouquet is totally not the same I ordered…

Had a bit of issues regarding items going out of stock once purchased and delivery delays but their customer service was excellent. Dara specifically was a big help in getting things sorted and back on track. I appreciated it greatly
Flower Chimp has been my go to Flower delivery service. I had moved out of Metro Manila which is outside of their delivery service, but we have an upcoming staycation and I wanted to surprise my partner. Their support Bea has been helpful in ensuring this gets delivered even with the extra instructions.
