I ordered flowers for my wife as a remembrance gift. The delivery box was in terrible condition—opened and crushed. The flowers were poorly wrapped and broken, with the roses looking worn out. I will never order from the service again; it has been a distressing experience. To add to the issues, they were delivered to the wrong address and had to be returned to me. The delivery timing was also frustrating, with a window between 17:30 and 18:30. Overall, a terrible experience.
