I wish I could share a picture of how bad these flowers are. This isn't a complaint about customer service, as they were great and refunded me before the flowers even arrived. I intended to give these to a friend who lost someone recently, but I couldn't present her with dead roses in a box. They arrived looking dead, and today they smell terrible. For £40, I could have bought a much nicer bouquet locally. Please don't waste your money; these should be removed from the site.
