My wife received these as a gift from a friend after extensive surgery. As in other reviews the quality on delivery was poor (battered and bent box didn't help....), and flowers looked dead. Nonetheless, I mixed the solution and put them in a vase as directed. Day 2 they were no better so went in the bin. I complained to Next and another box was sent out and it was a case of history repeating itself.... day 2 they went in the bin again. I complained again, offered a voucher to the value of the flowers which we refused, and a 3rd box was sent out. By the end of day 2 they had perked up, and put on display but they are nowhere near the standard of fresh cut flowers. The pictures on the website look very appealing, but if you're thinking of ordering some for a friend as a gift perhaps, don't be taken in by the website pictures, they are not a true representation and I'm quite sure Next will not put photo's of flowers in an open delivery box on their website.Don't waste your money ......
