In addition to missing the deadline, the flowers were substituted without consent: instead of long-stemmed roses, a cheap spray rose alternative was delivered without any prior notice. Support is ignoring my inquiries, both life chat and email. I categorically do not recommend this service if it is important for you to receive exactly what you paid for on time.
