I ordered a bouquet of flowers on March 8th. They sent me an order confirmation stating that the flowers would be delivered on time on March 9th. The flowers weren't delivered, so they called the recipient and told me they would deliver them on the 10th. Early in the morning on the 10th, they wrote to me that the flowers I ordered were out of stock (a mix of white and purple tulips) and they were exchanging them for red tulips (and again, they simply presented me with a fait accompli). I immediately wrote to their support team to resolve the issue (they said they could also exchange them for white roses and couldn't help me with anything else). In the end, I cancelled the order (it would have been better not to order it). They fooled me and I didn't receive my order on time, and I didn't receive it at all.
