You're being notified, Ordered casket spray, flowers were NEVER delivered after confirming 4 times. People who answer the phones lied and said they were local, they are not! Was told they were on the way, lies. Spoke with Dion, Eizelle, Roger, Jay, Jean. Was told I would get a call from a manager. Never happened. They stole 500.00 from me. If you get them on the phone ask them for a manager, and a business address. You'll never get it. You've been warned!!! They take advantage of vulnerable people. If you took my credit card over the phone you should be able to credit my card over the phone. Jean said she was located in Homestead, she's obviously not because she pronounced it totally wrong and could not give me the name of the street the flower shop is on. They really need a zero!!!!!!!
