They are a scam. I was trying to send flowers to a celebration of life. They charged my card and did not deliver.
I was on break from work when I ordered them so I was in a hurry and it didn’t occur to me that I should check for reviews.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! This place is a total scam. They’re not a local florist, instead they’re a floral broker that does nothing but rip you off. I was never so embarrassed when I seen the floral arrangement I had ordered to be delivered to a funeral home for a dear family member. I paid for the largest size deluxe arrangement and it was the smallest arrangement out of all the other beautiful arrangements at the funeral home. My arrangement too was supposed to be nice and full and unfortunately it wasn’t. It look nothing like the picture on the website! When I called to voice my complaint, I was simply told the best they could do is offer me a $20 credit. I think the embarrassment this place caused me is worth way more than $20! I wish I would have seen all the other numerous negative reviews from others before I placed my order from this awful scam of an establishment!
I wish I could give a 0 as they are a scam company. They took my order at 10 am and my money with a promise to deliver flowers to my aunts 90th birthday party today. I told them I was not picky with the flowers just make it colorful and pretty. I get an email at 3PM saying they cant fill my order and they have no flowers. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!
This place is a joke. I would make my own flower arrangements or sprays before I would order from this place ever again. I ordered two sprays for my nephews funeral, one for my dad with a sash that said grandson and one from my husband and myself with a sash that said nephew. I paid $442.00 for both sprays, which they messed up horribly. They put both sashes on one spray and then expect me to pay for both sprays. I argued until FBE refunded $221.00 and said that was the best they could do. I offered to pay $50.00 for the spray that was sent to the funeral home, and I feel it is a fair offer considering the poor service I got. FBE completely messed the order up and expects me to still pay half of the bill, I don't think so. I'm sure a lot of people might not agree with me, but when you order flowers for a funeral you expect it to be right. Do not order from this flower shop. I feel they take advantage of their customers.
I do not even want to give this sham of a company a one star, they deserve a minus 10!!! I ordered flowers for my sisters surprise 70th birthday party, they never arrived!! I called every hour of the party asking where they were and different people answered the phone each time. At the end of the night I told them I was going to have my credit card company deny the payment. The next day rediculous group of basically weeds with a couple broken flowers in the vase arrived at the site of the party 29 hours late!! I paid $110 for a vase of weeds. The owners of the restaurant said the delivery man was incredibly rude and would not take the flowers back. I wish I could post a picture of what I ordered and what was delivered. Not even close!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
The flowers were never delivered. I was never contacted. I contacted them and they said there was a "supply chain issue" and that my money will be refunded. You can't go back in time to Valentine's day....
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Flowers by Eva. I ordered a "Premium Pink Dozen Roses" arrangement, but what was actually delivered looked nothing like the description or the professional photos advertised on their website. For the premium price I paid, I expected high-quality, vibrant blooms; instead, the arrangement was lackluster and did not meet basic expectations.
To make matters worse, the communication from this shop is non-existent. I never received a confirmation email or text when the order was delivered, nor did I receive a "bloom photo" of the actual arrangement sent. When I reached out to discuss these issues and seek a resolution, the staff was completely uncooperative and dismissive.
When you pay for a premium service, you expect premium quality and professional communication. Flowers by Eva failed on both counts. I will not be ordering from them again and would suggest looking elsewhere if you want your floral gifts to actually match the photos.
Absolute scam. It's my fault for not reading online reviews prior to ordering, like so many mentioned. I bought a deluxe bouquet that was presented with lush purple and pink flowers, and received a terrible looking arrangement, in a different vase, with blue and sad pink flowers. I send them the photos of the ordered bouquet and what was received and they end up saying that it was within their criteria. Absolutely disgusting, very sad that i could have avoided this headache. Hopefully credit card will understand the chargeback, scam!
Do not trust this florist. The flowers were not what I ordered. Very cheap looking!!! Flowers were old and roses ready to die.
I paid for a ballon and large card. They only sent the flowers with no card. My sister didn’t even know who sent her the flowers. They claimed they would send a refund for the missing card and balloons. Have not received my refund yet.
You're being notified, Ordered casket spray, flowers were NEVER delivered after confirming 4 times. People who answer the phones lied and said they were local, they are not! Was told they were on the way, lies. Spoke with Dion, Eizelle, Roger, Jay, Jean. Was told I would get a call from a manager. Never happened. They stole 500.00 from me. If you get them on the phone ask them for a manager, and a business address. You'll never get it. You've been warned!!! They take advantage of vulnerable people. If you took my credit card over the phone you should be able to credit my card over the phone. Jean said she was located in Homestead, she's obviously not because she pronounced it totally wrong and could not give me the name of the street the flower shop is on. They really need a zero!!!!!!!
