Absolute scam. It's my fault for not reading online reviews prior to ordering, like so many mentioned. I bought a deluxe bouquet that was presented with lush purple and pink flowers, and received a terrible looking arrangement, in a different vase, with blue and sad pink flowers. I send them the photos of the ordered bouquet and what was received and they end up saying that it was within their criteria. Absolutely disgusting, very sad that i could have avoided this headache. Hopefully credit card will understand the chargeback, scam!
