I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Flowers by Eva. I ordered a "Premium Pink Dozen Roses" arrangement, but what was actually delivered looked nothing like the description or the professional photos advertised on their website. For the premium price I paid, I expected high-quality, vibrant blooms; instead, the arrangement was lackluster and did not meet basic expectations.
To make matters worse, the communication from this shop is non-existent. I never received a confirmation email or text when the order was delivered, nor did I receive a "bloom photo" of the actual arrangement sent. When I reached out to discuss these issues and seek a resolution, the staff was completely uncooperative and dismissive.
When you pay for a premium service, you expect premium quality and professional communication. Flowers by Eva failed on both counts. I will not be ordering from them again and would suggest looking elsewhere if you want your floral gifts to actually match the photos.
