This place is a joke. I would make my own flower arrangements or sprays before I would order from this place ever again. I ordered two sprays for my nephews funeral, one for my dad with a sash that said grandson and one from my husband and myself with a sash that said nephew. I paid $442.00 for both sprays, which they messed up horribly. They put both sashes on one spray and then expect me to pay for both sprays. I argued until FBE refunded $221.00 and said that was the best they could do. I offered to pay $50.00 for the spray that was sent to the funeral home, and I feel it is a fair offer considering the poor service I got. FBE completely messed the order up and expects me to still pay half of the bill, I don't think so. I'm sure a lot of people might not agree with me, but when you order flowers for a funeral you expect it to be right. Do not order from this flower shop. I feel they take advantage of their customers.
