I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing.
We ordered a $100 bouquet of peonies from this company. The next day we received a notification saying the flowers had been delivered the day before, which immediately raised concerns because nothing had been delivered to our home.
We checked our security cameras, which clearly show that no delivery occurred on the day they claimed.
After contacting the company about the missing order, a bouquet was finally delivered the following day. Unfortunately, what arrived looked like a very basic mixed bouquet, and notably did not include any peonies, which was the entire reason we placed the order.
So the final outcome was:
Charged $100 for peonies
Told the order had already been delivered when it had not
Received a replacement bouquet without the flowers that were originally ordered that as NOT worth $100
At that point the arrangement we received looked like something that could be purchased at a local grocery store for a fraction of the price.
This was a frustrating experience and not what we expected when ordering a premium bouquet. I would strongly recommend that anyone ordering from this company double-check exactly what they are receiving and confirm delivery details carefully.
