They say they are in Pella but they take orders from Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I ordered flowers for a funeral. They took my order and then two hours before funeral sent an email that said they were cancelling my order as they did not have flowers needed. Yet I had placed order same day and paid $480. When I called back they were rude and talked over me. Would not help me find another florist even though they knew I was in a bind because of their very late cancellation.
