Steer clear of this service. I placed a very important order for flowers to be sent to my daughter. While they were courteous on the phone, I later found an email stating they could not fulfill my order, with no explanation given. The delivery was meant for an anniversary, and if I hadn't called, I would have remained unaware. I quickly turned to another florist who assured me they would deliver today, hopefully preserving this significant occasion. Additionally, a service charge was applied for my "free delivery." I am deeply disappointed.
