I ordered flowers for my fathers funeral to arrive and there be NO flowers there for us or him at all.... Not only did I pay for the flowers and get to my fathers funeral and find none, but these people didn't even have enough integrity to give me a manager to speak to just a simple supply issues answer with no compassion for their lack of decency. They didn't even bother to call and let me know there would be no flowers.
Terrible service. Flowers not delivered as promised. When date for delivery passed, I called five times to cancel order. Always talked to different person. They always said they had to talk to their driver. Such a scam and a waste of time. I have to get my credit card company to dispute a cost of 161.00 for flowers not delivered. Terrible business.
I wish I didn’t have to give them one star! I ordered flowers, a balloon and chocolate for my best friends birthday, they didnt even attempt delivery! I’m so disappointed that she didn’t receive the only gift i tried to send! This company is a SCAM! Now, I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for a refund!
I wish I could give 0. The flowers that get delivered are no where near what you order and they refuse to give refunds or correct the issues because they have a “substitution policy.” To me, the substitution is not the issue. The issue is that what is substituted does not compliment what was ordered and is not worth what was paid. If you have a $100 bouquet and somehow are out of every flower but carnations, it should be an amazing $100 carnation bouquet, not a $30 Publix bouquet thrown in a vase.
I tried to find a local florist to send flowers. This company says they are local, but they are not. They say that they deliver free if local but then charge an $18.99 fee. Turns out they are not local at all. They are basically a middle man taking a cut of all orders made and screwing the local merchants.

On the same day, I reached out to the vendor to express my dissatisfaction and insisted that the correct plant be sent to my friend. I called multiple times and sent several emails, interacting with representatives. The service experience has been frustrating. They charged me $136.69 for a subpar plant and have only refunded $40. I am left wondering about the remaining $96.69 for something I did not order. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company, providing all necessary information regarding this untrustworthy vendor. A quick online search reveals numerous similar complaints from others who have been misled, just like me. I strongly advise against using this vendor's services. As of January 2, 2026, my complaint remains unresolved. The overall sentiment online is largely negative, with many customers advising others, like myself, to steer clear of their services. I echo the concerns regarding poor product quality and misleading advertising. It's best to avoid this vendor to prevent entering a frustrating and time-consuming situation.
