I would give no stars if that were an option. I noticed an unexpected "service charge" on my bill that was not mentioned alongside the arrangement cost. This has not happened with other florists I've used. When I tried to reach out for clarification, I called multiple times and finally spoke to someone, but they put me on hold and then disconnected the call. Since I live far from my relatives, I often place orders and now I'm concerned this may be a scam from an untrustworthy seller. I will need to dispute this with my credit card company.
