This service is a scam. I ordered flowers (£56) for next-day delivery, but they never showed up. After numerous unanswered emails and phone calls, I received every excuse imaginable. They claimed to have checked with the florist, who said it was delivered. When I asked for the florist's name and contact, they provided nothing. I've started legal proceedings as this feels like theft. Clearly, I advise against using this service.
