I ordered flowers for a relative to be delivered before Christmas. I selected a date, but apparently, the florist made an error with the date, and they were delivered a day late. The company did respond to my email, but I was unhappy about the mix-up. I also received no confirmation of delivery until after Christmas. I would not use this service again.
