total rip off! exactly the same as other reviews, pay for your order then email saying no florist available and to expect refund. still waiting for refund although i won't hold my breath, dissapointing that trades on a .co.uk platform and nothing is done to take these scammers down. I thought we had laws in the UK to prevent these low life from operating?
