If I could put 0 stars, I would. WORST service and customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Got flowers for my mom - ordered them a week before her birthday. My mom stayed in and waited ALL day and no flowers. I called and he said ‘sorry, something with the systems and etc’ delivery is 5-5:30.. 6pm rolled around and my mom said no flowers. I called back, HORRIBLE customer service. The lady said it was confirmed delivered I said ok.. but it wasn’t and I want a refund. She tells me, they don’t do that. She was going to look into it and call me the next day… no call. I called again.. the guy transferred me to the wrong department SHE said she’s going to do an e ticket and someone will call me.. NO CALL! I’ve talked to 4 ppl.. been told I’m getting an email and two calls and nothing AND my mom didn’t get her flowers! It’s ridiculous!! I sent another complaint and I will be calling again Monday because I’m not letting people do this to someone as well as I spent $$. I have NEVER had the most horrible experience ever!!!!!! DO NOT GET FLOWERS FROM HERE (you won’t receive them and then you’ll be bounced around) AWFUL!!!
