Since I found this service, I haven't had any hiccups or disappointments. The directions were taken in to consideration and used. Truly truly appreciate that very much. Keeping my fingers crossed for future orders that service will remain the same!! So far 5 stars.

UPDATE: Flowers wered delivered on time but they substituted pink instead of the purple lillies in the picture and what i specifically requested and documented not to substitute! On hold for 25 min waiting to speak to someone, ridiculous, I paid over 100 bucks to get the color right i could have gotten the same pink ones at any local florist for half the price!

So far was easy had the exact flowers I wanted in purple, fingers crossed they get delivered today as promised and dont try to supplement anything

Site looks legit. I didn't even think to check their status before placing an order. Now I will check every damn business from now on.

At 7 pm that evening the recipient had still not received the flowers. When I called, I was told the wait time for a customer service representative was over 31 minutes. Imagine how many callers with issues would need to be on hold to have a 31-minute wait time. after holding for 20 minutes, I disconnected the call. I called again the next morning as soon as the online customer service number was open. The same response. To date, the recipient has not received the flowers. What was meant to be a surprise for her became a surprise for me. I had to have the charges reversed. I will never use this service again.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. WORST service and customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Got flowers for my mom - ordered them a week before her birthday. My mom stayed in and waited ALL day and no flowers. I called and he said ‘sorry, something with the systems and etc’ delivery is 5-5:30.. 6pm rolled around and my mom said no flowers. I called back, HORRIBLE customer service. The lady said it was confirmed delivered I said ok.. but it wasn’t and I want a refund. She tells me, they don’t do that. She was going to look into it and call me the next day… no call. I called again.. the guy transferred me to the wrong department SHE said she’s going to do an e ticket and someone will call me.. NO CALL! I’ve talked to 4 ppl.. been told I’m getting an email and two calls and nothing AND my mom didn’t get her flowers! It’s ridiculous!! I sent another complaint and I will be calling again Monday because I’m not letting people do this to someone as well as I spent $$. I have NEVER had the most horrible experience ever!!!!!! DO NOT GET FLOWERS FROM HERE (you won’t receive them and then you’ll be bounced around) AWFUL!!!

During my recovery at a friend's place, I received a dozen roses weekly from a florist recommended by my best friend. Each bouquet was stunning, and the service was incredibly kind and attentive. That's why I chose them for my order today. While I can't recall the specific dates, the quality of service is unforgettable.

Address discrepancy issue resolved

Our home address lists the city as Pinecrest, but your records show Coral Gables, which is incorrect! I attempted to update it, but the system wouldn’t allow me to. Thankfully, I entered PINECREST in the designated box after the street address, and it seems to have gone through. I hope this gets properly updated moving forward.
