I ordered flowers and paid the fee for same day delivery. This transaction was made well before the 2 pm window.
At 7 pm that evening the recipient had still not received the flowers. When I called, I was told the wait time for a customer service representative was over 31 minutes. Imagine how many callers with issues would need to be on hold to have a 31-minute wait time. after holding for 20 minutes, I disconnected the call. I called again the next morning as soon as the online customer service number was open. The same response. To date, the recipient has not received the flowers. What was meant to be a surprise for her became a surprise for me. I had to have the charges reversed. I will never use this service again.
