I ordered the Hugs & Kisses bouquet to be delivered for my mom's birthday the next day. The bouquet that was delivered looked nothing like the picture on their website. Sent an email expressing my disappointment and they replied that the florist used what was available that day to closely match the order. They said the florist used more roses than their recipe called for and it was aligned with their substitution policy so they closed the complaint. The vase was supposed to be dark red with a poka dot red/white ribbon and the flowers mainly white/red. What was delivered was a plain glass vase with a plain red ribbon and the flowers were various colors and not arranged like the picture. If I wanted just "whatever" I could have just bought my own bouquet at a shop, at least then I would have gotten what I wanted. I was not offered anything for my complaint and will not order from them again!! They should also make it more clear on their website that funds are in US dollars as it was a surprise when I seen the charge on my credit card.
